CURRENT OPINION
I'm trying hard to be more "positive" in life. Take moments to stop and think. But, it is getting hard to do at tmes in regards to professional wrestling aka sports entertainment. There is plenty of "good", but just appears as though the balls are being dropped most of the time. One of the first to point out how smart and good Vince McMahon is at all of this, but am starting to wonder if it is time to start...(READ MORE)

WANT MORE GOLD
I am well aware that the second coming of the brand extension is bringing a few new titles into the picture. Smackdown! Womens Championship, some tag titles, and likely will see a return of the Cruiserweight title. Too many titles can water things down I know, but with a slight focus on the former WWE Hardcore Championship on the WWE Network, I am left...(READ MORE)

OLD BUT NEW AGAIN?
There has been moments as of late, mainly on the mic. But, when words like "ass" are used, one can't help but think of the Attitude Era. There have even been some innuendoes too, reminiscent of back in the day, with The New Day and Enzo & Cass' on the mic. But, that era is long gone and never coming back. Never, a word said not to use in this industry. In this case, it can be, but at the same time still not hold as much power as it is meant to...(READ MORE)

WHO'S NEXT?
We've seen Rhino return (even though he's been in NXT off and on) to Smackdown! Live, Jinder Mahal returned to RAW. I am happy to hear that both Shelton Benjamin and MVP are set to make their returns soon as well. Which of course leaves the question of "Who's Next?". No, that wasn't necessarily a hint at Goldberg making a his way back into the WWE. Although he could be good for one last short run leading into Wrestlemania for a Hall Of Fame induction and a final match. But, who else would be able to reemerge in the WWE Universe? Or at least, who would I like to see make an attempt. They would be...(READ MORE)

WHERE'S THE REST OF THE GOLD?
We're going to crown a WWE Universal Champion at Summerslam, giving RAW a champion to rival Smackdown! Live and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Which I am happy to see as I don't like the champion being "shared", and if the World title was brought back it would automatically be number two. The Universal Championship is fresh, and...(READ MORE)

SIZE MEANS NOTHING
The WWE started their new era making some changes in the typical main event picture, now pictures. On Smackdown! Live we have Dean Ambrose as Champ, with Dolph Ziggler getting another long over due push. Then on RAW, when it appeared we would see Roman Reigns immediately back in the main title scene, we saw Finn Balor get the win and the right to face Seth Rollins at Summerslam for the new WWE Universal Championship...(READ MORE)

WWE's NEW ERA THUS FAR
Only one episode in with each brand, but the new era has begun. I wasn't too focused on draft picks as it didn't really matter given different styles was all that mattered. I did question some picks though, such as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens being on the same show after their feud having already gone on for so long. Like many, although only just starting things I have an opinion, and of course I typed it out for you haha Here it is...(READ MORE)

RAW VS SMACKDOWN LIVE
I can't really think of how I would draft the rosters for RAW and Smackdown Live. That's the great thing about sports entertainment/professional wrestling, all of the different styles and how they create unique matches. Contrary to popular belief, John Cena can wrestle. He has taken too many moves to say he can't. Pro-wrestling is both offense and the ability to take someones moves without making it look horrible or getting hurt. Cena does that. Regardless, it is the variation across the roster that makes it...(READ MORE)

WWE BRAND EXTENSION 2.0
I enjoyed the early days of the initial brand extension. RAW was good, but Smackdown! was a bit better initially for me. Undertaker was the cornerstone, Rey Mysterio was exclusive, and many levels of stardom being reached by many performers. Top names like John Cena, Brock Lesner, Edge and Eddie Guerrero. But, also guys like Jamie Noble and even Matt Hardy's star shined a little brighter (I was a MFer back then haha). It really held its own, and really didn't feel like a taped show most times. But, that was...(READ MORE)

FUTURE ENDEAVOR SAFE LIST
I made a list of Superstars who I think are possibly on the verge of WWE wishing them the best of luck in all their future endeavors (you can find that HERE ). But, there is also what I consider a "safe list". Superstars who are not likely to be released as part of an almost annual cleansing of the roster. Most are obvious, some are simply a matter of current situations, and if they are listed here or on the not safe list, then we shall consider them in "limbo" which are both safe and unsafe from unemployment...(READ MORE)
FUTURE ENDEAVORS
Rumor mill has it that it is that time of year again. The time of year not long after Wrestlemania, when the WWE releases talent. Some are always obvious picks given a superstars lack of support from crowds or WWE's usage of them...(READ MORE)

THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT
It is a theory that makes one want to both test and avoid. Do we want to see if it is true? Sure, there are a lot of things we think we should go back and change. Do we want to risk making something even worse? No, because then what was the point? It applies to everything, including professional wrestling and sports entertainment. Both good and bad in nature. Here are some that come to mind...(READ MORE)

POSSIBLY THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE EMPIRE OVER
Of course the title is referring to the Roman Empire that is lead by WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns. Although there appears to be change in the air, and we could see AJ Styles win the title this Sunday at WWE Payback. Or we could see Reigns turn heel appeasing many who feel it is his best route. But, history has shown us that ole Vinnie Mac is a...(READ MORE)

NGN FAVORITES: WRESTLING BACK STABS
With WWE Payback approaching, I can't help but get the vibe that there will be a swerve, a rouse, a back stab. I can only pinpoint it to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between Roman Reigns and AJ Styles. Beyond that I can't get exactly how it will play out. Either AJ or Roman get screwed over, and either by The Balor Club or The Authority. Is AJ in the group or not? Will the Balor Club be apart of...(READ MORE)

WWE PAYBACK MATCHES & PREDICTIONS-UPDATED
Some things have been added to the card like the United States Championship match on the pre-show, and Baron Corbin against Dolph Ziggler. On RAW, Stephanie McMahon stated that Vince McMahon would be announcing who would be running Monday Night RAW. Although this is Sports Entertainment, can't see any reason to not have Shane be in charge, and perhaps this could spawn RAW and Smackdown! splitting. Anyways, back  to Payback and predictions...(READ MORE)
